I am Nani Mohamed a student in business and management;

 My story began about five years ago when I first heard about making money online and searched for the first time "how to make money online", 

As you might already tell, I stumbled across lots of bullshit advice and fake gurus who tell you that making money online is easy and quick, and by the way just search "how to make money" on youtube and I promise that 90% of the first videos are full of shit.

Long story short, I tried lots of ways from digital marketing, freelancing, Dropshipping, and SMMA to trading, you name it, and as you can tell ... of course, I lost all my money, but I learned some things along the way:

Affiliate marketing, social media, ads, email marketing .... and most importantly, many mindset changes, and I can assure you that the most important thing to start cashing online is your Mindset.

After all these years of fails, sweat, and tears; 

I picked what I see now as the best possible way and the easiest to make money online, and that's writing, or more specifically copywriting;

So here's my plan:

 learn as much as possible about copywriting, and become a decent writer. 

Land my first small clients on Upwork and Fiver, build trust, and most importantly my portfolio.

Post on social media and outreach to land a big fish;

I've been just observing, watching YouTube videos, and drowning myself in the industry for the last week or so, now let's talk about you;

Here is your plan, not from a millionaire but from a simple man like yourself who tried and failed for the last five years:

Have you ever heard of Andrew Tate? Of course you did, and here's why, Simply because he is a master of online communication, and that's what writing helps you to do.

Take Dan Koe for example, he is a writer, he writes a newsletter then turns it into a YouTube video, a thread on X... and he is making millions in the content marketing world.

3.  Personal Branding: Helps build authority and network.

You need to write if you want to have a strong personal brand, and it's never been more important to have one than now, you need to have a personal brand and that's for sure.

4.  Adaptability: Useful across various formats and roles.

You can freelance, write for yourself, and promote your services, or other services you can work from your home and make good money online, even if you are still convinced to work full time, you can also do that with writing.

5.  Learning and Teaching: Aids in understanding and sharing knowledge.

As Mark Manson said in his book: "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F", the way to happiness is solving problems, and I will add here that the way to wealth is teaching the solutions.

6.  Professional Growth: Important for career advancement.

Look at Hamza Ahmed's YouTube channel where he documented all of his growth as a YouTuber and as a man, you can see in his videos that he is a master of scriptwriting and also he is a fan of journaling.

Effective writing remains foundational in a digitally driven world.

Now, what are the actionable steps you can take to become a writer and start making money online?

5 Steps to make money online as a noobie writer:

1. Drown yourself in the industry:

Start learning the concept of writing, and the different types that writers use either to entertain, educate,

 or persuade the reader to act, from copywriting to blogging, if you are a fan of copywriting like me,

 here's the best YouTubers you can follow now:

Dan Koe, ki Rainey, Tom Stoic, Tyson 4D, Alex Cattoni.

Follow them on X, sign into their newsletters, and watch how they funnel viewers from one social media to another or to their paid products...

Take notes on the things you like and others you don't like about them because you'll use that in the 3rd step.

2. Learn copywriting: (or any writing skill you like).

If you did the first step correctly you will have a good base of free digital products to learn from, also

 you can start learning on the free side of Coursera and Udimy.

Don't just sit there learning, Alex Cattoni said, to be good at writing first, write crappy then improve,

 you need to implement everything you learned into writing and share your writings on groups like

 Tyson 4D group and Alex's group so you can get feedback on your writing.

3. Write, write, write:

Write to have a good portfolio, 

Write to improve yourself at writing,

Write to get people interested in you,

Write to teach people what you've learned

Write to get confidence in your writing, and test yourself.

In this step, you just need to practice more, write sales pages, write newsletters, write blogs, write ads,

just write, and get better with more, you can use the notes you took in the first step to steal like an artist,

look at what is already working and improve, don't reinvent the wheel.

For me, I am in this step now while I'm writing this blog which is my first,
But I will continue the steps using my plan.

4. Earn from writing:

Start freelancing, and if you don't know where to start, don't worry, I got you, here are the best freelance sites to begin with as a noobie writer:  Fiver and Upwork;

If you want to start with blogging start on Medium and Simily

Remember, invest all your money back in, you can start a WordPress site or grow faster on social media with cash.

5. Evolve as a writer:

If you are in this step, congratulations you've already made it, but don't stop yet;

Start writing for your own social media account, start searching for big clients on the same platforms,

 and always stay updated on writing.
